" A spacious 4 bedroom home on the popular Cypress Oaks development. This home offers spacious living, with 2 reception rooms and a possible third which is currently a home office, plus a fantastic conservatory and 3 1/2 bathrooms!! There is heaps of potential here to make this your dream home....

This property sits in a great position on Alder Drive on the Cypress Oaks development. This is such a popular estate with families and young professionals, as it is close to local schools, has good transport links for commuting, and it is set in a lovely part of Stalybridge.
There is the country park only a short distance away, as well as access to the canal which is great for cycling and takes you to Mossley and Uppermill if you fancy a day out for a nice pub lunch.

The property itself gives you off road parking to the front. As you enter, you have the living room on the left, which leads through to the dining room at the rear of the property giving you a spacious living area.
