" This is an impressive family home of which you are sure to love from as soon as you step in to the spacious entrance hall. There are an array of beautifully presented rooms throughout the property which is sat on a larger plot and is situated within easy reach of a nursery, Primary and Secondary schools, shops and the train station.

A brief overview of what the property comprises; to the ground floor a spacious entrance hall which gives the property a very grand feel, fantastic size lounge with bay window and stone fireplace, dining room with doors to the gardens, large kitchen which is comprehensively fitted and has breakfast table space and access to the gardens, separate utility room and downstairs WC and large integral double garage. There would, subject to the relevant permission, be scope to convert part or all of the garage in to additional reception space. To the first floor are three double bedrooms which are all fitted. The master bedroom has an en suite tiled shower room and feels like a hotel suite. The family bathroom includes both bath and walk in shower. Additionally the large light landing provides the current owner with a work from home space. The second floor, which does have scope to redesign to make a fifth bedroom, there is a landing with double bedroom and large shower room off. All these spaces have eaves storage. The property has an alarm and is double glazed and gas centrally heated throughout. Externally to the front is a block paved drive for three vehicles and there is access down the sides to the side and rear gardens. There is a wrap around lawn and patio all enclosed by fenced and hedged boundary. The size of the plot would allow, again subject to the relevant permissions, scope to extend the property.

This really is a beautifully presented and well kept family home of which we would strongly recommend booking a viewing.

NB The owner would consider selling the property furnished.
