" This three bedroom semi-detached property enjoys an excellent location, being close to the local park as well as within easy walking distance of the local shops. The accommodation is in need of some modernisation, however, ideal for the growing family. In brief, the layout comprises: entrance porch, reception hallway, lounge, dining area and fitted kitchen to the ground floor whilst to the first floor are three good size bedrooms and a family bathroom. Location Set in Cheshire's plains, on the fringe of the Peak District National Park, Macclesfield combines the old with the new.
