Bond Street is located on the outskirts of town, enjoying easy access to the centre, yet away from the immediate hustle and bustle. This particular property is a handsome, substantial period semi detached home, which we understand from our client, was constructed around 1907. The house is set back from the road by a double width tarmacadam driveway which provides side by side car parking. Special mention must be made of the rear garden, which is an extensive area over 100 ft in length, incorporating generous well stocked flowerbeds, areas laid to lawn, a shale and hard standing patio area and a substantial brick built outhouse with power and lighting. The property has attractive bay fronted elevations constructed in red facing brick, surmounted by a pitched tiled roof and we strongly recommend an internal inspection to appreciate the generous overall room sizes and accommodation on offer. A spacious entrance hall divides the well proportioned accommodation, which includes an impressive lounge to the front, with bay window and feature fireplace, separate dining room to the rear, with views over the garden and an extensively fitted breakfast kitchen, including a split level oven and hob and space for a dining table. In addition there is a cloakroom with WC. To the first floor there are three double bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes and the bathroom is fully tiled and fitted with a three piece suite in white, including an overhead shower. The property has the further benefit of gas fired central heating, uPVC double glazing and no onward chain and will be ready for immediate occupation.
