" Positioned on a side road close to the village green, this stone cottage sits within Bollington conservation area with its combination of 19th Century stone built cottages, shops, pubs and restaurants.

The accommodation is well presented and proportioned throughout, with an attractive lounge leading to a dining kitchen. Access via a trap door to a large cellar from the kitchen. A door from the kitchen leads to a stone flagged seating area to the rear. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a modern bathroom.

The cottage is located on a small no through side road. The location is a convenient one for many of the amenities that Bollington has to offer including shops for everyday needs, the library, recreation parks and a number of pubs and restaurants.
