" Immaculately presented, this cottage style home has been refurbished to provide a clean modern environment, making it a very desirable home. The living space is open and bright, and includes smart kitchen fitments with appliances. At first floor level there are two well proportioned bedrooms and a smart bathroom/WC with corner bath and shower.

Pleasant View is a small row of 19th Century brick built terraced cottages situated in the village of Henbury. As the name would suggest, there is a pleasant view towards farmland at the front, whilst to the rear of this property there is a south facing courtyard style rear garden which adjoins fields and woodland making it a delightful place to sit out.

In addition to the semi rural setting, the cottage is within half a mile of the outskirts of Macclesfield where there are shops for everyday needs, schools and the leisure centre. It is also conveniently positioned for access to Macclesfield hospital. The Alderley Park science site is within three miles.
