DESCRIPTION
Tytherington is a sought after residential area on the outskirts of Macclesfield, with primary and secondary schools of high repute, whilst Tewkesbury Drive is an established quiet cul-de-sac of semi detached houses. This particular home is well presented and has been skilfully extended to provide generous and well planned accommodation. The property is fronted by a deep driveway for off the road car parking and there is a neat and easy to maintain garden. To the rear there is a pleasant good size garden, including two paved patios, with an open aspect to the rear adjoining woodland, which enjoys a good deal of privacy not being directly overlooked. We strongly recommend an internal inspection to appreciate not only the generous room sizes, but the high standard of presentation throughout. On the ground floor the entrance hall leads into a good size lounge with feature fireplace, with an archway to the dining room, which has double opening doors to the garden. The kitchen has been extended and features an excellent range of units and an extension to the side provides additional space, ideal as family or dining room, with double doors out to the garden. At first floor level there are four generous bedrooms, three of which are good doubles, one being over 21 ft, and the family bathroom also benefits from having been extended and is sumptuously fitted with a four piece suite, including a large shower enclosure and fully tiled walls and flooring. The house has the added benefit of gas fired central heating and uPVC double glazing in an attractive Georgian style design and being located in this quiet cul-de-sac, is sure to appeal.
