Coare Street is located on the fringes of Macclesfield town centre and comprises mainly terraced properties. This particular period mid terrace was constructed around 1860 to attractive brick elevations under a tiled roof and is pavement lined to the front. To the rear there is a private lawned garden with flowerbed borders, enclosed by fencing and walling, which can be accessed from the sun porch or via a ginnel. The accommodation has recently been refurbished, with new kitchen fittings, a modern bathroom suite, a rear sun porch/conservatory, a damp proof course and rewired electrics. The decoration has been kept to a neutral colour scheme and offers an incoming purchaser scope to make his mark. On the ground floor there are two good size reception rooms with ample storage space, which lead through to the recently re-fitted kitchen and new sun porch/conservatory with uPVC glazed door opening onto the rear garden. At first floor level there are two generous bedrooms and a bathroom, fitted with a modern three piece suite in white. The house is warmed by gas fired central heating run on an economical combination boiler and has double glazed windows throughout. With the added benefit of no onward chain, and a sought after central location, this offers a superb opportunity for a first time buyer or buy to let investor.
