" 2 Smiths End Lane For those who enjoy rural life, Smiths End Lane is probably the most highly favoured position within the village, as it has all the benefits of a country cottage with spectacular views, yet is in walking distance of the excellent village facilities.

Although there are not a huge number of rooms, they are a generous size. The cottage has approximately 1100 sq ft and with a reconfiguration of the first floor accommodation, a third bedroom could be provided.

The real value of the property lies within the grounds and outbuildings. A driveway leads beside the cottage to a garage en bloc and a field gate then leads to a large number of outbuildings including a chicken house, field shelter, aviaries, greenhouse, barn and stable block.
