" Saddlers is a delightful, quietly located house, right in the heart of the north Hertfordshire village of Barley. Built in 1999 in brick and block work with rendered and colour washed elevations under a tiled roof, Saddlers is a well proportioned property. The accommodation includes a most impressive entrance hall with a cloakroom and staircase to the first floor and, at the back of the house, two reception rooms with views over the garden. In addition, there is a kitchen/breakfast room with walk-in pantry, a conservatory with doors to the garden, and a utility room. On the first floor, a landing leads to the master bedroom with en suite, three further bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Outside, there is a garage and a paved parking area. A side gate which leads to an area of garden beside the house, which is part formal garden and part vegetable garden with a greenhouse, garden shed and a modern oil tank. At the back of the house there is a south facing private and well established garden with a terrace, lawn, flower and shrub borders and mature trees.Directions

From Bishop?s Stortford proceed west on the A120 and at the junction with the A10 at Puckeridge, turn right and take B1368 through Braughing, Hare Street, Barkway and into Barley. In the centre of Barley village turn right at the Fox & Hounds passing under the pub sign and then take the lane immediately on the right, next to a weather boarded barn. Proceed to the end of this short lane and the property is on the left. "
