A bright and spacious, tastefully decorated five double bedroom house set across 3 floors with over 2300 sq ft of versatile living accommodation.


Situated in the picturesque village of Campton, a short walk to the market town of Shefford with excellent links to Hitchin, Bedford, Woburn, Milton Keynes & Cambridge. There are lovely countryside walks and pubs in the vicinity. Arlesey Station, with direct trains to London and Peterborough, is 3.5 miles away, as it Champney's Henlow. The house has also been used for TV adverts because of its bright, dual aspect views of the countryside and flexible living accommodation.  There are a range of excellent schools locally, including Shefford Lower, Robert Bloomfield, and also services in Clophill and Gravenhurst

Outside Front:
The house has its own private gravel driveway with hedge borders and parking for up to five cars.  There is a garage used for storage, and access to the house is through the side porch.  There is also a side gate with access to the rear of the property.  

Hallway: The door opens into a hallway with phone and broadband access points, a thermostat, and stairs leading to the first floor. There are two doors leading to:
StudyFront Room: A bright and airy study area, which is the original lounge, has a feature gas fire and a range of industrial style shelving, and a large bespoke desk.  Views to the front garden and fields;
