" We are happy to be listing this charming, Semi detached Victorian family home situated on the Ware Road in the county town; Hertford. The ground floor of the house comprises of an entrance hall, bright Kitchen and dining area/reception. A lounge that leads onto the garden and then a downstairs W.C and the fourth bedroom/Study. Access to a basement/cellar is found via the hallway under the stairs. Upstairs there is three good sized bedroom and a large family bathroom. Please do look at our floor plan. There is a fair sized town garden which has access to the off street parking (which is on Currie Street). The front of the house is set back form the main road and is shielded by a large hedge and front garden. The town center is a short walk away and the train station at Hertford East even closer. We highly recommend viewing this house
