" A substantial, modern and well presented home with ample space for a growing family in a pleasant edge of village location close to beautiful open countryside.

Overall Description This is a large modern family home, built in the 1930's and substantially extended in the 1970's, that is situated in a pleasant quiet edge of village location opposite open farmland. As such, it is ideal for large or growing families who are looking to move out of town to live a more rural lifestyle, yet also to be close to local amenities and excellent transport links. The house has five bedrooms - three large doubles, a smaller double and a single - as well as both a bathroom and separate shower room, both of which have been stylishly modernised in the last year. Downstairs there is ample living accommodation with a very large sitting room, separate and equally spacious dining room as well as the kitchen/breakfast room with excellent utility room and downstairs cloakroom. The house is in good decorative order and has gas central heating (the boiler being serviced regularly) as well as UPVC double-glazed windows with attractive diamond leaded-light effect. The owners have also recently laid good quality wood-effect laminate flooring downstairs. Outside there is a private driveway with off-street parking for two or three cars as well as a good-sized front garden with a gate leading to the patio style back garden. If you are looking for a substantial rural family home then look no further. Location Wareside is an attractive rural village set amongst beautiful open countryside around three miles out side the town of Ware. The village has an excellent CofE Primary School which also has a Pre-School on site and offers additional activities for pupils from Year 1 to Year 6 as well as a weekly parent and toddler group. There is also a village church, village hall and two well regarded public houses - this is a proper thriving rural community which even has its own parish newsletter detailing local events and activities throughout the year. The popular town of Ware has good local shops as does its larger neighbour, Hertford, and it also has a railway station with regular trains to London's Liverpool Street. The village has access to the A10 at Thundridge and the house is just up from the bus stop. Wareside is surrounded by beautiful open countryside which even includes its own vineyard, so it is perfect for dog walking, cycling or riding.
