Full description:
6 Aston Road enjoys an attractive location on the edge of the village of Standon and is conventionally constructed with brick lower elevations, rendered upper elevations under a pitched and tiled roof. The house was purchased by the present owners in poor condition, but has benefitted from a comprehensive programme of repair and modernisation including re-wiring, re-plastering, new plumbing, replacement windows and a new roof. The accommodation is arranged over two floors and includes a well-proportioned sitting room with a fireplace and good quality oak laminate flooring, kitchen/breakfast room with a wide range of storage cupboards and a door to the garden. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a very well-equipped family bathroom which has a bath with shower at a one end.

Outside, to the front there is driveway which provides parking, a brick built workshop and a well-established and immaculate garden which has a terrace, lawn, shrub border and a play house. The garden extends to about 75ft. There are excellent schools within walking distance; primary school Roger de Clare and secondary school Ralph Sadlier.
