There are a number of benefits including parking and double garage, modern contemporary kitchen and the property is offered chain free.

Description The Stores is an interesting property with a flexible layout dating back to early Tudor Times. The address has through its history been embedded in the local community as village general stores and tea rooms. Subject to expansion during the Georgian era and most recently the 1930's, there has been more updating in recent years. Excellent flexible family accommodation includes sitting room and family room, dining room, study, and contemporary style kitchen with a useful cellar area. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with en-suite shower room and dressing room, 3 further bedrooms and family bathroom.

To the rear of the property is an additional annexe with a living room with open plan kitchen, bedroom area and shower room. The delightfully maintained and mature rear south facing garden offers a newly laid patio, lawn area and flowerbed borders. A double garage is approached via two additional parking spaces at the rear. History The Stores has historic planning approval to be converted into two separate dwelling houses plus a convenience store. Whilst these applications have lapsed, they would be taken into account in any future application. There may now be a case for conversion into three family dwellings, subject to planning permission. Likewise, subject to a change of use from residential. This charming property could be converted back partly into a shop or tea room.
