" A one double bedroom 1st floor flat well located for bus routes to Greenwich and Blackheath, and a short walk to Woolwich Dockyard train station. The property benefits from a good sized kitchen, BRAND NEW bathroom, and large newly decorated bedroom and living room.  

The landlord is prepared to offer some flexibility on furnishings.

Within close proximity to Maryon Wilson park and its amenities, it is also convenient for shops, supermarkets, and the DLR in Woolwich. Viewing recommended!

There are various fees a tenant is responsible for in addition to the rent payment. Our landlords require a one-off security deposit which is normally an amount of 6-weeks rent and this gets secured in one of the government recommended schemes for security purposes and upon vacating the property this is refunded, so long as the property is handed back in the condition it is found in (you will be advised on the exact protection scheme when you move in).
