" A fully refurbished 2 bed, 1st floor flat that will suit a variety of buyers.

The two bedrooms, both at the back of the building, overlook the communal garden, for a quiet and peaceful outlook. They are both a handsome size, newly carpeted and offer plenty of room for a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. All in all, they are light, bright and wonderfully pleasant.

There is a common theme of neutral tones and modern design extending throughout the flat, none more so than the wonderful kitchen and bathroom.

The bathroom is tiled with a warm and welcoming natural colour. It comprises a full size bath, as well as separate shower enclosure with a thermostatic shower with a great bit of pressure; no dribbles here! The basin is a great size and encompasses a vanity unit with more than enough storage, no matter how many scrubs, creams and potions you may have. The towel rail is a very modern affair with a boost button to dry your towels in summer and a seven day programmer to ensure that the bathroom is warm and cosy the minute you get out of bed on those chilly winter mornings.
