" A fabulous 5 double bedroom detached Edwardian family home, situated in this sought-after location in the heart of Herne Hill.

This spacious house (circa 2,500 sqft) has been maintain to a high standard and retains a wealth of period features. The accommodation comprises a large kitchen/breakfast room with French doors opening on to the garden, a rear drawing room also with French doors opening onto the garden, a front reception room, and a study. Additionally on the ground floor there is a W.C and a separate utility room. Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite). To the rear of the house there is a large well maintained garden, perfect for al-fresco entertaining! And to the front there is off-street parking, for 2 cars.

The house is situated on Half Moon Lane, close to the junction with Carver Road. The excellent selection of specialist shops, bars and restaurants to be found in Herne Hill are just a few minutes walk away, as is Herne Hill station boasting speedy links to Victoria and The City.

These costs for Reference Checks are NON-REFUNDABLE and are calculated per person over 18 years of age as follows:- ?50 per person referenced (VAT at 20% included in cost)

Further NON-REFUNDABLE charges from the tenant for the preparation of the tenancy agreement and administration charges are ?150.00 including VAT (per Property). The letting of the property is subject to satisfactory references being received from our Credit Checking Agency and subject to the Tenancy Agreement.
