" This most excellent one bedroom is the crowning glory of lush exclusive development recently converted from an oldie worldie pub. Enviably located, on the calm tranquil bit of the road which is lined with green leafy trees and is also very close to Forest Hill Station and parking would you believe is unrestricted and plentiful. This beautiful old public house is detached and has the air of the Tudors about it, with its jaunty red brickwork and beams. Care has been taken to landscaped the outside areas and a bike store has been supplied, details have been put in place like lanterns that grace the walls, trimmed off with regal black painted wrought iron railings. The common entrance hall is to the side, pick up your mail from your very own postbox, then take the cheery bright, stairs up to the top floor (2nd floor), at the end of the corridor you have arrived home. Step inside and find very modern spacious apartment, the hallway is crisp in white and solid wood floors are shiny and reflective. To the right is the heart of your home, drenched in light from the clever skylight and windows, more of those sexy wood floors and the white walls really pop! Taking the nearside corner is the kitchen high gloss white and conceals Dishwasher, Fridge and Washing Machine, the cooker stands out proud with extractor over the top. This expansive room has plenty of space for a dining area and even more space for a very comfortable lounging zone so kick back and relax, now that Wimbledon has been won, with a glass of red and a the latest best seller? Down the hall swing a left and find the bathroom sumptuously adorned in chunky modern grey tiles, a modern white suite with shower over takes centre court even has a slow close loo seat, and a heated towel rail - all very posh! The bedroom is found at the end of the hall and has a muted toned carpet, clever wardrobes have been built into the recess and makes for nice clean lines, overall a very charming boudoir.

Forest Hill Station is a very short walk under 5 minutes, once you have beeped your oyster, the train will zip you to London Bridge in about 10 minutes or collect the London Overground (ginger line) which is a massive hit - it'll have you slinking down Shoreditch High Street in no time. The local Sainsbury's will keep you well stocked. Forest Hill has gone all Gastro Pub - we like The Dartmouth Arms (nice food and garden) and The Slyvan Post or the Hob. There are lots of useful shops and eateries too. Green space? You are quite simply surrounded! Check out Horniman Gardens, Brenchley Gardens, One Tree Hill, Blythe Hill Fields and Crystal Palace and Dulwich Parks - all local. Satnstead Community garden is just down the road and then there is, Devonshire Road Nature Reserve just around the corner if you are feeling rural.
