" What The Owner Says:

This is a beautiful Victorian terraced house with three spacious double bedrooms and plenty of period features and situated on a very quiet road.

The whole house has been tastefully redecorated over the past couple of years. The bathroom has been re-plastered and the floor re-tiled. The downstairs is open-plan which makes the house feel spacious and plenty of daylight fills the rooms.

The garden is very pretty and we have put up new fencing in the last two years. We have also enjoyed many barbeques with friends on the terrace during the summer months.

All of the sash windows have been reconditioned and draught proofed which keeps the house cosy during the colder months, and we have also had a new Worcester Bosch combi-boiler installed which has been serviced every year.

The sitting room has a large working fire place which is swept regularly and there are gorgeous wooden floor boards throughout. We have had a new kitchen put in and the loft boarded throughout so, together with several other in-built cupboards it is great for storage. We also have lovely (and quiet) neighbours on all sides.

We love the area and have lived here for many years. It is only a couple of minutes walk from Peckham Rye Park and Nunhead Cemetery.

There's a café (The Dish and Spoon) and a drycleaners has just opened at the end of the road which is great for Saturday morning coffees and pastries and having workwear ready for the week.

It is a short walk to Lordship Lane with its popular bars, restaurants and cafes and only 15 minutes walk from Brockley, Nunhead and Crofton Park stations. Peckham Rye and East Dulwich stations are only a 10 minute bus ride away.

We absolutely love our home and we are sad to leave, but require more space for our expanding family.

What we say:

Its just lovely, and the owners words are perfect.
