" A two bedroom shop-fronted period property conveniently located close to both Greenwich Mainline and Deptford Bridge DLR Stations. The property is currently set up as mixed use for both A1 (retail) use as well as a lovely residential set-up. The ground floor comprises mostly of the shop floor with a bathroom to the rear. On the lower floor is a lovely kitchen/dining room with access to a partly covered patio area. On the first floor is another reception room with access to a balcony and one of the bedrooms while both the second bedroom and bathroom are located on the top floor. There has been a real effort to retain the period features of the house with exposed wooden flooring and brickwork in the living rooms. There is the possibility that the house could be converted to full residential use however that would be subject to the necessary planning consents with the local authority.

Situation
The property is located at the lower end of Greenwich High Road moments from both the Docklands Light Railway at Deptford Bridge as well as the mainline train station at Greenwich giving fast and easy access into both Canary Wharf and the City. There is easy access to all the shops, bars and restaurants in Greenwich Village, as is the open green spaces of the Royal Park.
