" This unique three bedroom Victorian house has been beautifully renovated by the current owners to create a stylish and modern home while still retaining much of its period charm. Positioned on the park end of the Burney Street terrace, the house is instantly recognisable with its Regency style stucco facade. The double reception room features over 10ft high ceilings and large original sash windows which flood the house with natural light and provides a fantastic entertaining or family space. While offering a more contemporary decor, many of the period features have been retained including the ornate cornicing, hardwood flooring and fireplaces which makes for a lovely blend of old and new. The kitchen to the rear offers a more traditional feel with solid wooden kitchen units and worktop, range cooker and Belfast sink although has been upgraded with a stylish tiled splashback and American style fridge/freezer (appliances included TBC). There is also a separate room which is plumbed in so that it can easily be made into a separate utility room or downstairs WC if required. The lovely walled rear garden is accessible from both kitchen and dining room and feels wonderfully secluded, low maintenance and great for summer barbeque parties. The upper floor continues the light and spacious feel with high ceilings, a generous landing and three good sized bedrooms. The largest bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower while there is also a family bathroom situated in-between bedrooms two and three providing both great space for family and guests as well as flexibility for a home study for a professional buyer. The house is a unique offering in both style, condition and location and an early viewing is highly recommended.
