" Modernised to retain its cottage character is this three bedroom mid terrace cottage. Situated just off the main A4067 in commuting distance of Swansea and the M4 it has the Brecon National Park and walks close by. An inglenook fireplace and stone spiral staircase add to it charm. Energy Rating D.

Accommodation consists of a lounge, dining area and kitchen to the ground floor with three bedrooms and bathroom to the first floor. Gas central heating and part double glazing.

Ystradgynlais is situated approx 18 miles North of Swansea just off the main A4067.Travelling North from Swansea continue past the Ystradgynlais turn off until you can see the traffic lights. App. 100 yards before the lights on the left hand side there is a row of cottages just set back from the road. This is Bryngroes.
