" A semi detached elevated town house located in Hakin, on the periphery of Milford Town and within easy reach of all amenities. Set over two levels, the layout briefly comprises: entrance hall, lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom and three bedrooms. Externally the property offers a South facing garden that is laid to lawn with vehicular access via an unmade lane to a single garage. The front offers lawn area to front and off road parking to the side.
