" Blenheim Court is a superb seven bedroom detached house set alongside the Cleddau Estuary, with stunning views of the waterway. It is built to an extremely high specification with the latest American style air conditioning throughout, low energy lighting and electrical goods as a keynote feature, oak doors throughout and solid oak flooring in several rooms. In addition, all the French doors, windows and glazed panels have the 'tilt and turn' feature for added ventilation, and are specially designed to retain heat and reduce glare, as well as being self-cleaning. Both balconies allow wonderful views and a special feature are the glazed perimeter panels which are engraved with 'ships wheel' motifs, with other special features like the dawn to dusk external lighting, the security system which can be accessed worldwide via video system or telephone and the chrome power points throughout. The property briefly comprises: storm porch, entrance hall, lounge, dining area, kitchen, study, wet room, utility room, cloakroom, five or six bedrooms, two of them with ensuite dressing rooms and ensuite bathrooms plus first floor viewing galleries.
