Freshwater East is a sought-after resort village within the beautiful southern section of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. It has a wonderful sandy beach and, although the village amenities are limited, it is about two miles from Lamphey where there is a filling station, convenience store with Post Office, infants/junior school, two pubs, two hotels, a bakery, church, railway line, hall and sports facilities etc. The historic town of Pembroke is about four miles and the picturesque resort of Tenby is around nine miles.
