This property is located in a recent small development close to the village of Kilgetty in walking distance of local shops and school. The property has open fields to the rear and being a corner plot has a garden to the side and rear of the property.                                       The property has a large garage and enclosed garden and on the whole has a quality finish with spacious accommodation which could benefit a large or extended family.

Brief description as follows:-

Front porch provides access to :

Hallway with access to large Lounge 13'9"  x 19'7"  with feature fireplace and electric Fire.  Bay window overlooks the front of the property.

On the opposite side of the hallway is the spacious FAMILY ROOM :- 14'4" x 13'1" which also overlooks the front and side of  the property.  This room could also be used as bedroom 5 if required.
