This is a well presented, spacious, three bedroomed Victorian semi-detached house in the sought after village of Gowerton, the ‘Gateway to the Gower’.

The local property paper recently wrote an article on living in Gowerton and quotes “Gowerton has got the lot”.  The village boasts a number of convenience stores, a library and is home to a number of excellent schools (all within walking distance) including highly rated Welsh and English secondary schools.  The recently upgraded train station provides excellent transport links to West Wales and Cardiff/London.
