" Llandovery is an ancient market town situated on the A40 trunk road with the Brecon Beacons National Park to the south and the superb countryside of the Cambrian Mountains to the north. 19 Dan Y Crug is situated on the eastern boundary of Llandovery with fine views particularly to the rear over the surrounding countryside. It has accommodation of 3 bedrooms, kitchen, sitting room, bathroom together with further outside wc. The market town of Llandovery has most of the requirements for everyday living including supermarket, schools both junior and senior, variety of other shops together with cottage hospital, doctors surgery and a number of sporting clubs and organisations. The A40 trunk road running through the town gives good access to the other market towns of west Wales and to the capital city of Cardiff within 70 miles. There is a station on the Heart of Wales line from Shrewsbury to Swansea and with connections thereon to London.
