" If you're looking for a family home set in a convenient location to schools and with links to the motorway and hospital, then look no further ! This property boasts good size garden to the rear with patio area, lawn and vegetable patch. Situated to the rear also, there are kennels which have both electric and water installed.
To the inside of the property and on the ground floor there is a welcoming hallway, lounge/dining room and a day room. This floor also had a kitchen/diner of good proprtion with lovely views to towards Gower Peninsular. There is an inner hallway, cloakroom and utility room which completes the space on this floor.
