According to Wikipedia " People have moved into the village seeking peace and quiet but with easy access to the M1 Motorway" and that's a fair description. There are some good schools nearby and with the M1 so close you can soon be shopping in Leeds or Meadowhall or out into the beauty of the Pennines. Located in a cul de sac there's no through traffic so its very quiet.
