Royston is located to the North East of Barnsley town centre, approximately 5 miles away and eight miles away from Wakefield. The property really must be viewed to appreciate the accommodation on offer. The Master bedroom is very spacious and has a double glazed window looking out onto the front garden, bedroom two is also a good size double with fitted wardrobes and a double glazed window looking out onto the rear garden. Bedroom three is a good size bedroom with a double glazed window again looking onto the rear garden. The family bathroom is located to the front of the property with a white three piece suite and a separate shower cubicle. The front garden has a lawned area and a driveway leading up to the garage and the rear garden has a patio and lawned area. A early viewing is highly recommended.
