" Houses this good don't often become available. The landlord has invested a fortune getting this house ready for new tenants who want somewhere special to live where virtually everything is new and clean and lovely and it will be appreciated by the new family who move in here. It's nicely located being just a short walk to the centre of Mexborough and the shops yet it overlooks a small park area to the front.

The house is at the end of a short terrace of houses with a small open space to the front of the house and an enclosed yard to the rear. There's two good size downstairs reception rooms which have an opening between them to create a large open area. The kitchen is in an extension area to the rear and is brand new with oven, hob, extractor and sink all brand new and unused. These are housed in brand new wall and floor units and worktop. There's also a downstairs bathroom with brand new bath, washbasin, and, toilet unit plus a shower unit above the bath.
