VALUER COMMENTS: My first impression on pulling up outside the property was just how prominently it sits and what superb off street parking the property offers. On stepping through the door you are not let down whatsoever. The vendors have totally transformed this bungalow over the last twelve months. Every room is finished to the highest standard with a modern twist but retaining a homely feel. When entering the rear and side gardens you appreciate what a generous plot this property sits on. The fact that there is a Supertram stop around the corner means you can be at the heart of everything. I would recommend viewing this property to appreciate the accommodation, size of plot and fantastic finish the current vendors have achieved. All of this and within striking distance of Crystal Peaks Shopping Centre, surrounding facilities and a short distance from Rother Valley Country Park. VENDORS COMMENTS: We have lived in our home since December 2007. It required a complete renovation which included a new kitchen, bathroom and en suite with tiled floors and floor to ceiling tiling in the bathroom and en suite, new flooring and internal doors throughout, and new fascias and soffits. This is a spacious three bedroomed bungalow with an up to date modern feel. It includes a double garage with electric, plumbing for a washing machine and hose, new condensing combination boiler and provides additional loft space. The substantially sized patio area has been ideal for relaxing or for occasional entertaining of friends and family. The locality is quiet, friendly and welcoming. It is ideally located for the tram for easy access to Crystal Peaks, Drake House, local secondary schools and the city centre.
