" An excellent three bedroom semi detached property, occupying a superb position opposite Bingham Park. The current vendor has converted the attic to create useful, storage/occasional bedroom space. An attractive door with leaded and stained glass insets opens to the entrance hallway, the bay windowed dining room also has original leaded and stained glass top sections, and an open fireplace with pine surround. The living room has a stove, with tiled hearth and back, and leads through to the conservatory, which spans the rear of the property and creates fantastic further living/family space opening onto the rear garden. The kitchen has a range of fitted wall and base units and space for appliances. On the first floor are three bedrooms the Master bedroom has leaded and stained glass top sections to the window, together with fitted wardrobes and an attractive aspect over the park.
