What the Owner says:

My wife and I with our 2 children moved to this address some 28 years ago. We chose the area because of the local school. Idea for commuting to London by British Rail or Underground at Newbury Park. We are 5 minutes away from the main supermarkets, Banks and High Street shops. We are centrally placed for Romford or Ilford shopping centres. Since living here we have invested our time and money in improving our home and developing our garden. As we are both retired we have decided to move nearer to our children and grandchildren who are now living in Cumbria.
