" This 3 bedroom terraced house is located in a quite location offering great transport links into your local shopping centres such as Romford, Ilford or Barking all being just a just bus journey away. You will be able to fulfil all your day to day shopping needs. If you have children then look no further as Warren Primary and Senior schools are within a 5 minute walk from your door step.The accommodation is of an excellent size being split over two floors. There is ample space for the growing family with a through lounge that has fitted interconnecting doors giving you that ability to have 2 reception rooms when wanting that quiet time from the kids. The house has been extended to the rear also giving this house that extra space for the occasional get-togethers. The kitchen has plenty of room for all your day to day appliances. To the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms and a 3rd of a good size for the area. There is a family bathroom and from the landing there is access to the loft which is excellent for storage or maybe subject to planning permission making a 4th bedroom with en-suite.
