" Furnished or Unfurnished three bedroom house that will make a beautiful home for a professional couple or family, available from the 20th September. Romford is a district in the London Borough of Havering located 30 minutes from Liverpool street station via Romford station. Historically known as a market town in the county of Essex and hosting a town centre with multiple shopping centres. This property is located in part of Romford that has several schools within one mile including Clockhouse Primary, Parklands, Bower Park and Marshalls Park. Once inside you'll find three reception areas. The front room would make an ideal separate dining area, or could be used as a fourth bedroom. Through the hallway through to the lounge which comes with three two seater sofas, a feature fireplace and towards the back a dining area with a 6 seater dining room table and chairs. This area has a skylight over which allows plenty of light through. This part of the house is lovely as the room also overlooks the garden which has been maintained well. In the kitchen there is a built in dishwasher, fridge freezer, cooker and gas hob with a washing machine too. These items will remain in the property for you.
