" Stunning! Looking for something special, we have the property for you! Located within 1/2 mile radius of Grays Town centre and mainline station, we are proud to offer to the market this deceptively spacious, much improved and much extended three bedroom semi-detached family home. In our opinion this property has been decorated and improved to a very high standard by the current vendor and deserves to be pushed to the top of your viewing list to fully appreciate the accommodation on offer. The accommodation to the ground floor comprises of a superb, spacious and grand entrance hallway with porch area which has tiled flooring, inset spotlights and sweeping stairs, also from the hallway is a handy ground floor cloakroom. There are further doors to the spacious and impressive lounge with ornate fireplace, laminate style flooring, ornate ceiling roses and coving and with double doors leading to the conservatory.
