" Ashburnham Gardens is without doubt one of Upminster`s finest and most sought after locations, particularly this side of the road which has the benefit of rear gardens of some 200 feet in length which back directly onto Upminster golf course and have elevated views over surrounding countryside for some distance.

Within a short walk you will find Upminster town centre and station with both the fast C2C connection and the District Line London Underground.
