An easy layout that's designed to guide your eye through this home makes for simple clutter free living.Do you have lots of friends round for dinner parties or just general gatherings for the family? This place is perfect! The easy design kitchen and diner with double doors through give spacious accommodation for easy entertaining, a modern kitchen style with striking work tops that sparkle and give a rainbow effect in the sunlight, will impress those guests no end. The slate effect flooring means no trouble clearing up those spills at the end of the day.The lounge area is full of light from the large window and again adds to the easy layout, make a super healthy lunch in your gorgeous kitchen and bring it through to the lounge to unwind for an hour or two. Once the family come home in the evening throw open the double doors from the kitchen to the garden and eat alfresco, what about a summer barbecue?

We're a family that likes to spend time together and after much thought, we're selling two houses to allow for us all to spend more time together by buying something jointly. We've loved our house and have spent time upgrading the decor throughout and have had a new boiler installed recently. We've also made sure the roof on the extension is up to date and have had it renewed. We're quite happy to leave all the carpets and blinds as they're especially made for our house and it seems silly for us to take them. Ardleigh Green School is nearby and has a really good reputation, great for those little darlings of yours. We'll be staying in the area if we can find a property of this quality or potential.
