" Two bedroom apartment located just 0.1 miles to Romford train station making this extremly convenient for commuters commuting from Romford into London.

Romford is a district in the London Borough of Havering and is located approximately 30 minutes via train to London Liverpool street. Historically known as a market town in the county of Essex and hosting a town centre with multiple shopping centres.

There are two entrances to this property, either via the rear where the car park is situated or to the front where the high street is. The apartment is located on the second floor. Internally there is a good size modern open plan lounge kitchen with appliances. The appliances remaining are a fridge freezer, washer dryer, cooker and electric hob. Both bedrooms are double in size and have carpeted flooring with the first having an En suite shower room. The second room is also a good size room. The main bathroom whas a laminate flooring and white suite. The property also allocated parking.
