" LOCATION This property is situated in the picturesque village of Godstone on an established Lyndon Homes development. Godstone Village which is just a short walk away offers a few local shops, cafes, gastro pubs, a village green and a highly regarded primary school. Oxted, Caterham and Redhill are all within a 10-20 minute drive and offer a larger range of shops, schooling for all ages and leisure facilities. Conveniently situated between two main line train stations, Godstone and Oxted, which both provide fast trains into London. The M25, Junction 6 is a short distance away providing easy access to both Gatwick and Heathrow airport. 

DESCRIPTION This four bedroom detached family home has been owned by the same family since it was built in the late 1990's, and has been altered and extended to meet the needs of a modern family.
