" PROPERTY DESCRIPTION Within a short walk of Godstone town centre with its range of shops, pubs and restaurants, and close to junction 6 of the M25.

Set in a popular cul-de-sac development in Godstone village, this modern detached property has been lovingly maintained by the current owner. With two reception rooms plus a good sized kitchen/diner and conservatory, the house offers flexible family accommodation. The property has a light and airy feel and benefits from engineered oak flooring to the living room, study, hall and dining area and Karndean flooring to both bathrooms. The house is also fitted with an alarm.

The living room has a dual fuel stove with slate surround and a large understairs cupboard. The kitchen/diner has a range of fitted wall and base units providing plenty of storage with an integrated dishwasher, space for a fridge/freezer and cooker and a ceramic sink. Glazed double doors from the dining area lead to the conservatory, which in turn has double doors to the rear garden. Next to the kitchen is the spacious utility room with a door to the rear garden and more storage cupboards and space for a washing machine and tumble dryer. Just off the utility room is a cloakroom with w.c. and wash hand basin. The garage has been converted to provide an additional reception or bedroom. On the landing there is access to a spacious loft via a pull down ladder, which has been painted and a large section is boarded with carpet. To the front there is off road parking for a number of vehicles and borders well stocked with mature plants and shrubs.  "
