" A charming and deceptively spacious four bedroom Victorian house arranged over three floors and located in the heart of Godstone village.

This delightful property has the added bonus of off road parking and a large 75ft (approx) westerly facing garden. The kitchen is well appointed with a range of wall and base units and a wooden work surface over. Complimented with a leaded light window overlooking the terrace and an integrated washing machine, oven and gas hob. The wooden effect flooring finishes off the kitchen well and runs through to the living and dining room. The focal point of the dual aspect living/dining room is the attractive gas fireplace which has the potential to be converted to a open fire.
