" An incredibly large one bedroom apartment, in a fantastic location, right on the High Street in Old Oxted. Giving you access to the popular gastro pubs that can be found there. Around a half a mile away is central Oxted, with further restaurants and amenities such as the direct train line to London, Leisure Centre and large supermarkets. The flat is accessed from the communal hallway, and is found on the 2nd floor. There is a large kitchen which offers ample space for a dining table at one end of the flat, with double aspect views to the front and side of the flat. The bathroom is at this end is also bigger than you would expect. In the middle of the flat is the double bedroom with one wall filled with built in wardrobe space. You will also find the boiler in these wardrobes, this runs the gas central heating.There is a separate toilet off the long hallway here also and this adjoins the double aspect lounge with large window to the front and a small window overlooking the rear of the property. There are some communal garden areas surrounding the building and to the rear there is a drying area for laundry etc. There is scope here to reconfigure the flat to offer two bedrooms, as many other owners in the building have done this, obviously subject to the required permissions and consents.
