" Hillcrest is a great opportunity to purchase a top floor apartment with stunning views over the North Downs. It is located within walking distance of Oxted town centre which makes it ideal for anyone using the main line station. The apartment benefits from having a share of the freehold and internal viewings are highly recommended. The properties accommodation is on the top floor of Hillcrest and has been renovated to a high standard. Features include the kitchen where the space has been utilised thoughtfully. There are a number of base units housing the integrated fridge and freezer. There is an newly fitted electric oven and grill, a Smeg electric 4 ring hob and a dishwasher. There is a contemporary circular sink with mixer tap, a window at the end of the kitchen and tiled floor. The living/dining room benefits from a raw wall taken back to the brick work which makes a great feature.
