" LOCATION Situated in a sought after residential road in the heart of Oxted town centre, within a two minutes walk of Oxted's high streets, cinema, leisure centre, mainline train station and supermarkets. Oxted station provides a mainline service to East Croydon and central London (40 minutes). Junction 6 of the M25 is approximately 3 miles distant. There are a number of good local state and independent schools for all ages, some within walking distance.This attractive detached house is in the perfect location for all that Oxted has to offer.
 

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION A light and bright detached period cottage with three double bedrooms, three reception rooms, double glazing throughout, off road parking and a pretty rear garden. A covered porch leads to the entrance hall with an understairs cupboard and cloakroom with w.c. and wash hand basin. The living room to the front of the house has an attractive leaded light bay window and a coal effect gas fire in a feature cast iron fireplace with decorative wood surround. The good sized utility room has a further range of wall and base units, a stainless steel sink with drainer and mixer tap space for a washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge or freezer and a window and door to the rear garden. The conservatory can also be accessed from the utility room.

Upstairs, the landing has a window to the side and a loft ladder accessing the boarded loft. There are three double bedrooms. The front bedroom has a pretty bay window and a corner brick fireplace. Bedroom two is to the rear of the house and is currently used as an office with three built in double wardrobes, a picture rail and a feature tiled, cast iron, corner fireplace. Bedroom three has a wash hand basin and window to the side.
