" LOCATION This detached home is located in the very centre of Oxted town centre, a two minute walk to the main line station. The town has a choice of supermarkets including Waitrose and Morrisons, along with Leisure facilities, a cinema and a range of pubs and restaurants. Junction 6 of the M25 at Godstone is 3 miles distant and provides access to Gatwick and Heathrow airports.  

DESCRIPTION A pretty, fenced front patio planted with trees provides a welcoming entrance to the property. An enclosed front porch offers shelter before entering the house. Double doors lead into the living room which has an attractive bay window with storage seating below and a built-in shelving unit to either side of the fireplace. A gas fire with brick surround provides additional warmth to the existing (regularly serviced) gas central heating. The dining room, further down the hall gives direct access to the patio and garden as well as the kitchen and the downstairs cloakroom and utility. The kitchen has a range of wall and base units with a sink and drainer beneath the window overlooking the garden. An integrated double oven and electric hob are included in the kitchen together with a nearly new slim-line dishwasher and free-standing fridge freezer. A couple of steps down to the utility area, housing the boiler and washing machine (which is also included in the sale), leads to the w.c. with wash hand basin.
The first floor landing has a window to the side and access to the fully boarded loft with light and a pull-down ladder. The master bedroom is a large double room with plenty of built-in wardrobes, the second double bedroom also has a built-in cupboard, together with a wash hand basin and a south facing window overlooking the garden. The bathroom has a bath, w.c., bidet, wash hand basin and airing cupboard.  

OUTSIDE The front terrace is paved and has access around the side of the house to the rear, south facing garden. The garden is fully fenced and mainly laid to lawn but has a good sized terrace with steps up to the house. A stand-alone brick built outbuilding is ideal for storage or a workshop.
