" LOCATION This home is set at the end of an exclusive cul-de-sac just under a mile from the heart of Oxted. Oxted town offers a range of boutiques, supermarkets including Waitrose and Morrisons, a leisure centre with swimming pool, an independent cinema as well as nearby parks and woodland. Master Park, located in the centre of town, holds seasonal events and has a cricket club. This property is also within walking distance of Oxted mainline train stations which benefit from regular fast services to London Bridge, Victoria and East Croydon stations. Junction 6 of the M25 is only four miles away giving access to Gatwick Airport by car within 20 minutes. 

DESCRIPTION This stunning family home is entered through a porch with a tiled floor and space for coats and shoes. A gate leads though to the back garden where there is a large, south westerly patio, perfectly positioned outside the kitchen/diner. Beyond the patio, hedges on both sides of the garden offer privacy and border the level lawn which merges into woodland behind. Combined, there is circa of three quarters of an acre of land. The garage offers an exceptional amount of space with plenty of room for cars or bikes inside and a completely separate room to the rear, accessed from the garden, currently being used as a gym.
